1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FR Digital ID application (“App”) provided by FR IDENTITY LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid government-issued identification document
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use fraudulent or stolen identification documents
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. Identity Verification Process

By submitting your identity documents and biometric data for verification, you:

• Consent to the collection and processing of your personal data
• Confirm that all submitted documents are genuine and belong to you
• Authorize us to verify the authenticity of your documents
• Understand that failed or suspicious verification attempts may be reported

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by FR IDENTITY LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FR IDENTITY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FR IDENTITY LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
